Shari Bossuyt Belgium

Shari Bossuyt signed with CANYON//SRAM Racing in 2022 and enjoyed her most successful season yet. The 22-year-old rider from Kortrijk in Belgium said she felt ready to step up to a Women’s World Tour team. And step up, she did.

Shari won the rainbow stripes when she became Madison World Champion on the track. She won the sprint and youth classification at Bloeizone Fryslan Tour, won the youth classification and was second overall at Lotto Belgium Tour, and led the youth classification at the Tour of Scandinavia for two stages.

Riding since she was seven years old, Shari describes herself as an all-rounder.

“My brother cycled, and my parents went to the training sessions on the weekends, so after some time, I got on the bike too. I was seven years old when I started. I had a lot of fun being a pro rider at CANYON//SRAM last year. I hope for another good season in 2023 and to be a part of the team’s success.”
