CANYON//SRAM made its debut at the highest level of women’s cycling in 2016, entering the UCI Women’s WorldTour. With 16 riders from 11 countries, the team brings together a diverse mix of elite time trialists, proven winners, and rising talents, each bringing unique strengths to the squad.
An extra dimension to the team is WeFemmes, an initiative by Canyon that’s built upon one simple idea – every woman who rides should bring along someone who doesn’t. WeFemmes every woman who rides should bring along someone who doesn’t – WeFemmes invites more women to discover cycling in a way that feels right for them.

CANYON//SRAM Generation is the development arm of the WorldTeam and a cornerstone of CANYON//SRAM’s long-term diversity and inclusion programme. As the first WorldTeam to establish a formal pathway to the Women’s WorldTour, its innovative two-tier structure set a new standard for talent development.
Now in its fifth year, the team supports talented female athletes from diverse backgrounds in reaching the highest level of professional cycling. The roster features ten ambitious riders from seven countries, united by their passion for racing and the WeFemmes ‘Ride Your Own Line’ spirit that they share with their WorldTeam counterparts.
