What an amazing four years with Pauline
In 2016 after the Rio Olympics, Pauline Ferrand-Prévot had all but said goodbye to cycling. The only rider in history to hold cross-country, cyclocross and road racing world titles at the same time, had already signed a 4 year contract with CANYON//SRAM. But after a succession of injuries, setbacks and disappointment, her motivation to continue in the sport was gone.
After some time away from the sport, Pauline returned. In her four years at CANYON//SRAM Racing, Pauline returned to the podium at the Women’s World Tour on the road, but it was her passion for cyclo-cross and in particular MTB that have shone. Despite two artery surgeries, Pauline each time fought her way back to the top of MTB with determination and focus. In her four years at CANYON//SRAM Racing she achieved 2 XCO rainbow jerseys, a bronze world championship medal, a European XCO title, 4 World Cup wins, 11 more World Cup podiums, 3 French titles, a Swiss Cup win, a French Cup win and a rainbow jersey in XCM. Thank you Pauline for being a part of CANYON//SRAM Racing. We are proud of everything achieved in the past four years and we wish you all the best for 2021 and beyond!
