Pauline Ferrand-Prévot had to settle for ninth place in Dachstein-Salzkammergut MTB Grand Prix in Obertraun, Austria.

“It was a really nice track. I had some bad luck right at the start and had lost a lot of time by the time I could get to the pits. Afterwards I fought my way back but I had to pass through the junior women’s field (that had started after the elite women race), and eventually I could finish ninth.”

“It’s been a good race as part of my preparation for next week’s UCI World Cup in Albstadt,” Pauline said after the race.
