CANYON//SRAM AND SCALABLE CAPITAL BEGIN NEW PARTNERSHIP
Amid the biggest race in women’s cycling, CANYON//SRAM is delighted to welcome Scalable Capital, a leading bank that empowers people in Europe to shape their own finances as a new team partner.
The company’s clean white logo has featured on the sides of the riders’ helmets and across the team’s vehicle fleet since the Grand Départ of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift in Lausanne on August 1.
CANYON//SRAM Commercial Director Jonas Moslein believes the two organisations are a strong strategic fit, and looks forward to strengthening the partnership throughout the Tour and beyond.
“Having Scalable Capital join CANYON//SRAM is a strong statement for women’s cycling. It reflects the remarkable progress our sport has made and the growing confidence that leading companies place in its future. We’re proud to welcome one of Europe’s leading banks as our partner. Beyond the commercial opportunity, we share a common ambition to break down barriers, empower women and inspire the next generation. We firmly believe this partnership has the potential to create a lasting impact far beyond racing.”
That unified commitment was reinforced last week when Scalable Capital announced a partnership with professional boxer-turned-CANYON//SRAM Generation rider Sophie Alisch.
For Maximilian Meyer, Chief Marketing Officer at Scalable Capital, the parallels between broadening access to cycling and making investing more approachable were immediately apparent.
“In both the worlds of sports and the world of finance, accessibility is what drives real change. The core idea behind ‘WeFemmes’ – encouraging others, bringing someone along, and getting started on your own terms – translates directly to investing. We want to empower women to take control of their financial future. CANYON//SRAM is leading the way with strong conviction at the highest level, and we are thrilled to support them as a partner starting at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.”
Founded in 2014, Scalable Capital has grown into one of Europe’s leading digital banks and investment platforms, helping people take greater control of their finances. Through its platform, clients can invest in stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies and derivatives while also accessing savings plans, competitive interest products, loans and private equity investments.
Today, Scalable Capital employs more than 800 people across Munich, Berlin, Vienna and Milan. More than one million clients already have a total of more than €50 billion on the platform.
CANYON//SRAM is proud to represent Scalable Capital across both its WorldTour and Generation squads, as two organisations from distinct yet complementary fields join forces around a shared purpose.
