CANYON//SRAM GENERATION AT VEENENDAAL VEENENDAAL CLASSIC
CANYON//SRAM Generation had its first-ever race in the Netherlands today when it raced the UCI 1.1 Veenendaal-Veenendaal Classic. Maike van der Duin joined from the World Tour team for her first race after a short break following the spring races. Van der Duin was the best-placed rider in eighth place behind winner Lotte Kopecky (SDW).
“I enjoyed the race with the Generation team. I had good legs but made a mistake in the final, and that cost me in the sprint,” explained Maike after the race.
