Antonia Niedermaier will undergo surgery later this week for a knee injury. The 20-year-old will miss the season’s first part but will concentrate on the long-term benefits. Originally scheduled to finish the ski-mountaineering season with the World Cups and Skimo World Championships, Antonia will focus on her rehabilitation and look to return to racing later in the season when she has fully recovered.
