MEET LUMINOUS, THE 2026 CANYON//SRAM ZONDACRYPTO KIT

Always striving to strengthen its distinctive heritage of striking, exciting kit designs, the 2026 CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto team kit introduces purply-base tones to replace the 2025 dominance of pinks.

The evolution feels especially momentous as this cycling season, the team celebrates its 10-year anniversary of brightening and animating women’s cycling, having officially begun operations as a UCI Women’s Team on January 1, 2016.

Entitled ‘Luminous’, the bold new design is once again the brainchild of Canyon designer Mckenzie Sampson, the visionary behind 2025’s ‘Infinitum’ along with other previous CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto kit iterations.

According to Sampson, the team shines a light on the sustainable development of women’s cycling, inspiring riders from around the world, and Luminous is designed to illustrate that vision.

“I find it fascinating how young, diverse riders from all corners of the globe have an opportunity with CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto to break into the world of professional cycling. That opportunity is what motivates riders to get out of bed to train in winter, and what inspires riders to keep pushing right to the finish line. That hope and that light is what I wanted to illustrate with this year’s kit.”

The design itself draws on a bold colour infusion, taking a dark purple base colour merged with a turquoise, pink, coral and red colour palette to create a unique light refraction effect.

Beth Duryea, co-owner and marketing manager at CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto shares her perspective on this year’s kit.

“In our 10th anniversary, we’re returning to our roots with a kit design that represents what we want to be: a beacon for talented bike racers and an inspiration for riders across the world.”

Luminous will make its debut on the shoulders of Zoe Bäckstedt, who is expected to be racing at X2O Trofee Baal – GP Sven Nys on January 4.

Fans will be able to purchase the kit from Canyon in Spring, 2026. The team’s Aeroad CFR race bikes will also feature the Luminous artwork, available exclusively via Canyon.com or the Canyon App.
