WE'RE HIRING: LOGISTICS & TRAVEL COORDINATOR

Logistics & Travel Coordinator

Leipzig / Hybrid | Full-time or Part-time

Your role

As our Logistics & Travel Coordinator, you will play a key behind-the-scenes role at CANYON//SRAM.

Working closely with our Sports and Operations teams, you will coordinate the travel, logistics and organisational processes behind our international racing programme – making sure our riders and staff are in the right place at the right time and can focus on what matters most: performance.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and coordinating international travel for races, training camps, testing and team activities.
  • Planning and managing end-to-end travel, including flights, trains, transfers, rental vehicles and accommodation.
  • Preparing and communicating clear travel plans, itineraries, rooming lists, and movement schedules for riders and staff.
  • Acting as a key point of contact with race organisers and coordinating race administration, and event requirements.
  • Supporting visas, licences and other international travel and UCI-related processes.
  • Maintaining our race, travel and logistics information within our planning systems.
  • Coordinating vehicle, freight and equipment logistics, including international shipping and customs documentation.
  • Managing travel costs and working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Finding quick and practical solutions when plans change during the racing season.

Your profile

What matters most to us is that you enjoy organising, take ownership of your work and like finding practical solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Ideally, you bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in travel management, logistics, operations, event coordination or international sport.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, reliable and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Strong digital skills, including confidence with planning and booking tools such as TravelPerk and Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexibility to support the team outside standard office hours and provide weekend support during selected periods of the racing season.
  • Experience in professional cycling, knowledge of UCI processes, familiarity with systems such as CAS/IPOGEE, or experience in high-performance sport is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Why us?

We are an international team of riders and staff united by a passion for cycling, performance and pushing women’s sport forward. At CANYON//SRAM, you won’t simply organise travel. Your work directly contributes to our performance at the world’s biggest races.

With us, you’ll find:

  • An international and ambitious working environment at the heart of professional cycling.
  • Responsibility, trust and the freedom to contribute your own ideas.
  • Short decision-making processes and close collaboration across the team.
  • Flexible and hybrid working structures.
  • Opportunities to join the team on-site at selected races and team activities.
  • The chance to actively contribute to the future of women’s cycling.

Leipzig is our preferred location, but for the right person, we are open to discussing a flexible working setup.

Ready to join the team? We look forward to hearing from you.
