ITT world championships
After winning the team time trial world championships two days ago, CANYON//SRAM Racing had three riders who backed up again today to race the individual time trial.
The 27.8km course from Hall-Wattens to Innsbruck was won by defending champion Annemiek Van Vleuten, with Netherlands taking a clean sweep of the podium.
Trixi Worrack (Germany) finished in 15th place, while Alena Amialiusik (Belarus) and Alice Barnes (Great Britain) finished in 20th and 22nd respectively.
The next and final race at the UCI Road World Championships for elite women will be the road race on Saturday 29 September.
